Customising Your New Home Inclusions
You have a wide choice of bricks, tiles and carpets within your inclusions, and we can help you to choose styles and combinations that will work with your home design. You may also wish to amend some of your specifications in certain areas to further tailor your home to your requirements. Contract to be exchanged at ‘fixed-price’, and any variations made by client to Standard Inclusions listing will clearly communicated at time of variation.

Single phase power supply and connections with appropriate meter board and safety switch devices, underground sewer and connections, underground storm water and connections, underground water supply and connections, gas supply connection, telephone service connection.
(Note: connection of these services will occur during the construction package however account set up and connection fees may be applicable and payable by the owner)

Preparation of plans and specifications
Building design drawings including dimensioned floor plan, elevations, section, site plan and specifications booklet prepared by qualified draftsman.
Qualified structural engineer’s design and documentation for footings, slabs, tie down and wall bracing.

Wet areas water proofing
Licensed waterproofing installer to treat wet areas in accordance with AS3740.

BASIX Assessment carried out to the requirements of NSW legislation.
Site soil test and report
